All jobs begin with an initial consultation to define the scope of work, finished product requirements and regulatory compliance. Consultations are free of charge and can be in person on-site or by phone or email. Once details are finalized and a service agreement is completed your flights will be scheduled for the earliest available opportunity.
We work in strict adherence with all applicable regulatory and FAA Airspace requirements. We will not compromise on safety and will not conduct flights that risk personal injury, property damage or equipment loss.
Wind, rain and cloud conditions can obviously hamper safe flights and quality images. If a weather delay is unavoidable, flights will be rescheduled for the earliest safe opportunity.
In addition to being FAA part 107 certified we hold multiple site safety and emergency preparedness certifications such as OSHA 10, H2S Awareness, CPR/First Aid and numerous FEMA and Incident Command courses. Should you have a need for our personnel to obtain additional training or certification for your job site we will be happy to do so in a timely, professional manner.
